Pantheon & Piazza Navona

A few minutes' walk from the B&B opens the Rome of domes and fountains. The Pantheon, the best-preserved monument of antiquity, stands at the end of narrow lanes that hide churches and courtyards at every turn.

Continue to Piazza Navona with its fountains, street artists and café terraces, then wander toward the Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps. It is a walk of two or three hours, easy and endlessly rewarding.

Along the way, gelaterias, espresso bars and artisan shops invite constant stops. The historic centre by foot is the essence of a Roman stay — and it all starts at the B&B's doorstep.
